"About" window suggests no changes in 2012

Bug Description

1. Choose "Help" > "About".

What you see: "©2009-2011 Canonical"

What you should see: "©2009–2012 Canonical"

While you're there, the dash between "2009" and the year of the latest revision should be an en dash, not a hyphen. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dash#En_dash

<didrocks> so version.py is updated there (and the package we ship is updated)
<didrocks> but it never updates trunk then
<didrocks> trunk should just have a dummy value like "devel"
