AMD/ATI fglrx driver: Window content stops updating (all windows) when using Expo or Desktop Cube

Bug Description

The only workaround I found was to roll up and down or resize affected windows to bring the window content back to life.

Sure, but I just found out that the problem is related to the mipmap settings and I could fix the Expo plugin behaviour by disabling mipmapping in the plugin.

I want to note here that the Expo plugin was working flawless with mipmapping enabled on a machine with Intel HD4500 on-board gfx and open-source driver, so the mipmapping problem just occurs with fglrx...

I could fix the desktop cube by disabling mipmapping in the "Desktop Cube" options as well, so the bug report should probably be renamed to:

"Mipmapping breaks window content updating when using fglrx"
