but not kernel-image-3.2.0-25-highbank-di_3.2.0-25.40_armhf.udeb

Fix:

Add highbank into kernel-versions.in

TestCase:

`fdr binary` generates kernel-image-3.2.0-25-highbank-di_3.2.0-25.40_armhf.udeb

The root cause is there is no highbank define in debian.master/d-i/kernel-versions.in
