Copied timetables from active year retain old start/end dates

Bug Description
When creating a new school year, select a checkbox "Copy timetable schemas from active year?"
Expected result:
Timetables are copied, start/end dates of all timetables are set to first/last day of the school year.
Actual result:
Timetables are copied as is, start/end dates are the same as last year.
Since timetables cannot be edited, the only way is to delete and create new timetables. Which defeats the purpose of copying timetables.
