Added windows batch files that are simple and user friendly without the need for opening the workspace in CodeBlocks. These are simply for those who want to compile and play without tinkering with the code.

download-sources.bat <- download and creates necessary fodlers
build-client_dist.bat <- builds the release client
build-client_debug.bat <- builds the debug client
build-server_dist.bat <- builds the release server
build-server_debug.bat <- builds the debug server

Presently works with:
- bzr 2.5.1 stable release
- codeblocks 20.03mingw x64 (the batch files support only the x64 version)

Visit README-FIRST.txt in the windows_builder folder for more in-depth information.

tString -> std::string in variant get usage. Since the variant does
not contain tString as an option, but std::string, the get operation
would always fail. Never versions of boost have a compile time
assertion for that case, so the build broke.

Remove path declaration from desktop files

This causes the application to be launched in a particular directory. Any app that needs to be run from a particular directory is really broken, but fortunately Armagetronad doesn't seem to have any problems; this line is unnecessary and we can just remove it.

It's causing problems with Endless's automatic flatpak generation, since the path here gets replaced by a path that exists only in the flatpak sandbox, making it impossible to change the directory as "required" and causing it to fail to launch.
