[deb][pkg] Update control for downstream build

* python3-setuptools is still required for building the package
* python3-yaml is required for build for tests with the
  conformance_tests
* Add the same ignores as dowstream build, so that we don't have to
  keep changing these. Once the avocado is packaged, we can take this
  out
* Update image for the deb creation, so that it can be minimal
* Fix lxd runtime, so that if the root device is not available, it
  will not look at the storage pools

Downstream build machines are much more minimal compared to gce
instances, so we require more dependencies to be added.

[efi] Extend PE header size to cover space up to first section

Hybrid bzImage and UEFI binaries (such as wimboot) may place sections
at explicit offsets within the PE file, as described in commit b30a098
("[efi] Use load memory address as file offset for hybrid binaries").
This can leave a gap after the PE headers that is not covered by any
section. It is not entirely clear whether or not such gaps are
permitted in binaries submitted for Secure Boot signing.

To minimise potential problems, extend the PE header size to cover any
space before the first explicitly placed section.

Ignore missing set_secure_ranging_ctx callback for testing purposes

nl80211_set_secure_ranging_ctx() was already ignoring the operation, but
this is included only with CONFIG_DRIVER_NL80211_QCA=y. Make the default
case use same behavior based on the callback function not being defined.
This is needed to allow the following test cases to work:
pasn_owe_tm_kdk_secure_ltf pasn_sae_kdk_secure_ltf

service: Make DBG in '__connman_service_ipconfig_indicate_state' consistent.

This makes the DBG statement in '__connman_service_ipconfig_indicate_state'
consistent in format of 'service <service_pointer> (<service_name>) type
<ipconfig_type> (<ipconfig_type_name>)' with that of other DBG statements
in the module.

This makes at-a-glance, columnar correlation and comparison of service
activities easier.

        mm, vmscan: remove ISOLATE_UNMAPPED

        This isolate_mode_t flag is effectively unused since 89f6c88a6ab4 ("mm:
        __isolate_lru_page_prepare() in isolate_migratepages_block()") as
        sc->may_unmap is now checked directly (and only node_reclaim has a mode
        that sets it to 0). The last remaining place is mm_vmscan_lru_isolate
        tracepoint for the isolate_mode parameter. That one was mainly used to
        indicate the active/inactive mode, which the trace-vmscan-postprocess.pl
        script consumed, but that got silently broken. After fixing the script by
        the previous patch, it does not need the isolate_mode anymore. So just
        remove the parameter and with that the whole ISOLATE_UNMAPPED flag.

Fix pointer-to-integer casting precision loss in gr-osmosdr

Changed the casting of pointers to `long int` to `reinterpret_cast<std::intptr_t>`
in `source_impl.cc` and `sink_impl.cc`. This resolves the issue of precision
loss when compiling on 64-bit systems, where the size of pointers is 64 bits
and `long int` is typically 32 bits. Using `std::intptr_t` ensures safe
and portable casting across different platforms.
Additionally this fixes build in MSYS2 MinGW64 environment.

lib: validate iterator message sequence

Validate that the sequence of messages produced by iterators respects
the sequence defined by the Message Interchange Protocol (MIP) [1].

    Without packets
        SB (E | DE)* SE

    With packets
        SB ((PB (E | DE)* PE) | DE | DP)* SE

Validate that when an iterator returns
BT_MESSAGE_ITERATOR_CLASS_NEXT_METHOD_STATUS_END, all streams are
properly ended (we have received a stream end message for all streams).

Add an expected_msg_types field to the iterator's per_stream_state
structure, which holds a bit mask of the message types the iterator is
allowed to emit next.

Use the cur_packet field that is maintained by
message_packet_is_valid when processing a discarded events message. We
need to know if we are in a packet or not to determine the following
valid message types (DE appears twice in the "With packets" sequence
above, once within a packet and once outside a packet).

It doesn't matter in which order the two assertions are placed, since
the "sequence is as expected" assertion doesn't use the cur_packet field
when handling the "packet beginning" and "packet end" messages.
However, I think that it is more useful to have the "sequence is as
expected" first. Some mistakes, like the following sequence where a
packet beginning message is forgotten:

    ... PB E E PE E E PE ...

... would cause both assertions to fail. But the "sequence is as
expected" assertion points closer to the root cause of the problem than
the "packet is expected" one, which points more to a symptom. So, if
both assertions would fail, I prefer that we show the "sequence is
as expected" one.

Here's an example of the error message that is printed when an error is
detected. In this case, a packet beginning message was forgotten.

libkmod: remove pkcs7 obj_to_hash_algo()

Switch to using OBJ_obj2txt() to calculate and print the pkcs7
signature hash name. This eliminates the need to duplicate libcrypto
NID to name mapping, detect SM3 openssl compile-time support, and
enables using any hashes that openssl and kernel know about. For
example SHA3 are being added for v6.7 and with this patch are
automatically supported.

So, just swap the number of members and size arguments to match the prototype, as
we're initialising 1 struct of size `sizeof(struct ...)`. GCC then sees we're not
doing anything wrong.

Modern makeinfo does not like how this code attempted to use inline HTML.
It rejected it. It was not for a particularly important reason, so this
change drops the attempt.

Update Installed-Size algorithm used by dpkg since 1.18.0

The previous algorithm relied entirely on du(1) computing the used
size, but depended on the filesystem in use on the build system.

The new algorithm used by dpkg since 1.18.0 (implemented in
commit 9ed7d4d47b73ffe67e1f7d31f899a1dfd43d490b), guarantees a
constant and reproducible size regardless of the build system
filesystem being used. Although it is still an approximation of
the actual size that the package will use on the installed system.

Revert "Add support for LTTNG_UST_HOME"

This reverts commit 90d125c709f566f3663bf84677f100134cc618e0.

After discussion with Jeremie, we want to introduce two (not one)
environment variables:

- LTTNG_UST_APP_PATH,
- LTTNG_UST_CTL_PATH.

to accomodate use-cases where a sessiond within a container is traced by
a sessiond in the parent container. In that situation, we want the
sessiond in the parent container to access the tracee through the
LTTNG_UST_CTL_PATH, without making the unix sockets for tracing control
visible to the child container.

Therefore, remove the LTTNG_UST_HOME environment variable before it is
added into an official release.

Recognise and discard the APC terminal escape sequence.

I encountered an instance of this sequence in the log files from a
clang CI build. The payload text inside the wrapper was
"bk;t=1697630539879"; I don't know what the "bk" stood for, but the
second half appears to be a timestamp in milliseconds since the Unix
epoch.

I don't think there's anything we can (or should) actually _do_ with
this sequence, but I think it's useful to at least recognise it, so
that it can be conveniently discarded.
