Fix up handling of HEADER and .htaccess displays for *.img.xz; add rpi3.

Existing code assumes that file 'extensions' have no dots in them, so ever
since we started publishing preinstalled images (.img.xz), the indexing has
been wrong. Fix this.

Also add arm64+raspi3 and armhf+raspi3 to the list of known architectures.
