Recent revisions

123. By Steve Langasek

Make the pulseaudio job 'expect daemon', without which the session init
loses track of the process (causing churn as it tries to restart a
process that's already running) and fails to reliably clean it up on
exit.

122. By Oliver Grawert

releasing version 0.80

121. By Loïc Minier

Merge lp:~lool/session-manager-touch/drop-duplicate-stop.

Drop duplicate stop line in maliit-server job; stop on stopping unity8 is
sufficient; thanks Oliver Grawert and Thomas Voß.

120. By Loïc Minier

Merge lp:~lool/session-manager-touch/launch-after-unity8.

Start maliit-server *after* unity8 as it's how it's meant to work nowadays
according to Thomas Voß; I confirmed this fixes the startup crash in my
testing and keyboard still works in search and messaging-app! Also drop
sleep 1 after confirming it's not needed anymore.

119. By Loïc Minier

Make this native.

118. By Loïc Minier

No change reupload to upload as native.

117. By Loïc Minier

Merge lp:~lool/session-manager-touch/lightdm-depends-on-lxc-android-config.

Extent the lightdm.override to require started lxc-android-config on start
as to make sure the Android drivers are up.

116. By Oliver Grawert

releasing version 0.76

115. By Oliver Grawert

merge lightdm changes

114. By Loïc Minier

Fix versioned dependency on upstart-app-launch to use PPA versin.
