BKLG-14 [FIX] expats are imported at hq level for OCB, OCG, OCBA, and at Coordo level for OCA. It is asked to sync expats down (was bidirectional so that expats imported at coordo (OCA) were synced up to HQ): change 'Expatriate Employees' rule direction to down. It is asked to follow the same rule for status: move active field of 'Expatriate Employees Status' to 'Expatriate Employees' rule then remove the 'Status' rule. As active is now managed at import remove the active to True forced value (beware of empty dict to remove existing forced value).
