UTP-943 [FIX] Change posting date for journal items or analytic line on which you change only the CC in case of open period and in case of mission/hq closed period (which give rev and cor) with the given rules:

  * original line will always have the same date as the first time it was created
  * reveral line will have the wizard date as posting date. The wizard date is those put by the user.
  * correction line will have the wizard date as posting date. The wizard date is those put by the user.

Also fix some YAML tests. But HEY! we NEED some other one! Missing tests:

  * check dates when using mass reallocation wizard
  * check dates when using HQ entries validation wizard that generate some analytic lines
