fix handling of transaction log path in PRINT_TRANSACTI
ON_MESSAGE If your transaction log is not in DATADIR/
transaction. log and you call PRINT_TRANSACTI ON_MESSAGE( "foo/transactio n.log") the code would attempt to open DATADIR/ transaction. log instead of foo/transaction .log, leading to an error.
