Modified safl's esxi implementation to include the following:
- added new configuration variable (-p or --cpu) to specify how many cpus to assign to a vm
- modified the vmware and libvirt template to use the $cpu variable instead of a hard coded value
- changed the default cpu in esxi.vmx.tmpl from safl's hard coded 2 to $cpu
- changed libvirt templates to use $cpu

 - esxi.vmx.tmpl - Template for virtual machine definition
 - flat.vmdk.tmpl - Template for virtual disk description
 - vm.py - Added a Hypervisor (VmwareEsxi, arg=esxi) utilizing the templates above to create the virtual machine.
