Fix date parsing in Identi.ca, and disable Identica.tag()

Identica.tag() turned out to be a useless synonym for
Identica.search() (unlike in Twitter, where they are distinct)

Initial work on searching in Identi.ca

Some new instance attributes to allow Identi.ca to use Twitter's
search method unmodified, which should work in theory, except there's
currently some bug with the time format string. Will fix that in the
next commit.

Subclass Identica from Twitter, redefining API URLs.

This so far is 'good enough' to be able to publish a public tweet on
Identica, but I don't seem to be able to receive any tweets (at least
if I am receiving them, they aren't making it into the sharedmodel).

Will need to investigate this a bit further.
