[REF] account_payment_extension: moved objects in payment.py file to new files res_partner.py, account_payment_extension.py. renamed some files for organization the module structure. created test folder to add test files in future. Updated Brazilian Portuguese translation file (pt_BR.po), refactored the code to be more compatible with PEP8 (still some parts to refactore).
