Simpleplayer demo: Ask for the file name everytime trying to play

Consider revising the Source API in order to have a simple isEmpty()
method.

Create a player backend object when calling Player::play()

When calling play() from the simpleplayer demo application, no backend
object was created and the application did not do anything. Ensure the
backend object is present when attempting to play.

Make PlayerPrivate constructor call the FrontendPrivate constructor to
make sure the m_backendObject attribute is initialized to 0.

Set phonon_libraries and phonon_includes cmake vars when finding Phonon5

This has been done by intuition. Fixes the build of the simpleplayer
demo.

Remove old FindPhonon.cmake from demos cmake files

This file should no longer be necessary with Phonon5.

The demos/cmake directory became empty so it shall be removed.
