This branch ensures that the top-rated content in the lobby view gets refresh once there is (new) data availalbe.

Its particularly important for the first-run experience as the initial set will be more or less random without any
starts etc (make me wonder if we should not simply hide it until we have data). So once the first review-stats
call finished this ensures that the data is updated.
