* softwarecenter/view/availablepane.py:
  - remove skip_history and do_callback arguments
  - fix category set cases where the state was not fully restored
    on pressing the navigation buttons
  - make sure the navigation_bar has all parts before adding it to the history
* softwarecenter/view/navhistory.py:
  - add global in_navigation_history - that needs to be moved elsewhere
  - move switch code to NavigationItem and leverage the fact that the
    navigation bar does a good state capturing already
* softwarecenter/view/widgets/pathbar2.py:
  - add get_parts()
  - add "animate" to append() and add_with_id() (for faster re-creation of the buttons without animation)
