Fix <Size> attributes and margins in skins with sampler decks. On skin change, the samplers widgetgroup dont break the layout anymore and the library's scrollbar stay visible at the buttom.

Add waveform and waveform overview <PlayPosColor> to all skin.xml. This improves visibility of play position marker. Part of lp:1099182 & lp:1094791

Set empty <BeatHighlightColor> key in all skin.xml. Previously, a line appeared "on beat" near the playposition for a minimum amount of time. The constant blinking was distracting. We should think about better ways to indicate beats, like lp:888810 or lp:753301

Add fixed size width to <Size> attribute in Sampler's <Text> key , workaround for lp:1100071. The Artist/Title text on the Sampler decks don't break the layout anymore (even on skin change).
