Ignore invalid setting of XDG_TEMPLATES_DIR to home or root.

Home or root folders contain a lot of files and therefore cannot be used
as templates directory, especially home folder which gets few config
files which are constantly changed.
So just ignore such setting and use nothing (and monitor nothing).
