Drop duplicate stop line in maliit-server job; stop on stopping unity8 is
sufficient.

Merge lp:~lool/session-manager-touch/launch-after-unity8.

Start maliit-server *after* unity8 as it's how it's meant to work nowadays
according to Thomas Voß; I confirmed this fixes the startup crash in my
testing and keyboard still works in search and messaging-app! Also drop
sleep 1 after confirming it's not needed anymore.

Merge lp:~lool/session-manager-touch/lightdm-depends-on-lxc-android-config.

Extent the lightdm.override to require started lxc-android-config on start
as to make sure the Android drivers are up.
