Fix name of DLL in mono bindings

The source of the bindings and their Dllmap referenced different DLL
file names. This meant that the bindings could not resolve the
reference to the shared library and caused application crashes
(DllNotFoundException) when they tried to use it. This broke the
Banshee U1MS extension, for example.

Install the py module as _gtkwidgets.so like other GTK+ modules do
Install a gtkwidgets/__init__.py for importing like other GTK+ modules do
