Fix adding and removing bookmarks in the thumbnail panel

Add and removal of bookmarks via the thumbnail context menu was acting
on the current viewport instead of the clicked page. This patch checks
whether it should act on the viewport or in the right clicked page.

odt: Seems styles.xml and meta.xml are not mandatory

At least libreoffice opens the file from bug 324241 that has neither of them.
With this change we open it too, it looks crap when compared to libreoffice,
but that's just because our ooo generator needs to die in favour of a calligra one.

Make sure string passed to -J is no more than 255 bytes

lpr refuses to print referencing http://tools.ietf.org/search/rfc2911#section-4.1.2
Unfortunately cutting at 255 bytes may mess up the end of the name, but oh well
