This patch adds ppa with pyotherside 1.4.0, so it can be built for and run on
vivid and utopic.

checkbox-touch:get-libs: express sources in a cleaner manner

This patch makes package sources expressed as a tuple with 'uri' and
'repositories' that given uri contains. This gives better control over sources
and paves the way for PPA sources.
