Plug leaks in the receiving side of DeeSharedModel:

 * Leak the schema when not dynamically adapting it from the remote

 * Leak transaction payload, position, and change types when aplying transaction

 * Leak of transaction queue element when receiving a remote tramsaction (which should not be queued anyway)
