1. Rename ServiceState to InstallerState in UbuntuInstallService.
2. Use InstallerState, mAvailableChannels.size() equals to zero or not
        and mDownloadedVersion to decide what to show on UI.

House keeping in service and install activity
- resolved lifecycle issue when cancelling download
- resolved Ui out of sync when deleting download
- failed/cancelled download is automatically deleted
- successfull install deletes download
- progress is requested when resumed
- new function to update UI based on status of service
- place holder for check for update service
