Don't eat aptdaemon errors silently (Fixes LP #977020)

The default error dialog should be called if trans.error is false or if it is true and non of the special cases applies.

Allow to repair an incomplete installation (partially fixes LP#659438)

If a transaction fails with ERROR_INCOMPLETE_INSTALL show a dialog which
allows the user to repair the situation by calling aptdaemons
FixIncompleteInstall() method (basically a dpkg --configure -a call)
