  box/patches/acquire_languages_none.patch: LP: #1313576
  - add patch to disable apt acquiring languages/translations
    + this fixes a series of problems with Juju not bootstrapping
      and services not deploying, with every machine hanging while
      doing an apt-get update, while downloading translations
    + in particular, this seems to happen when the orange-box is
      behind a proxy (like in a hotel room)
