Added bundler gem installation to diasporactrl install rvm

Added Ruby installation under RVM to diasporactrl script. Added libyaml-dev as dependency

Added control script to do things like install and remove rvm. postrm is now prerm. Temporary manual addition of /etc/diaspora in dirs

Added postrm script to remove RVM that postinst has installed

Removed control file, full debian structure now. Postinst will install an RVM instance in to chosen user home path. Currently these is no remove for the rvm installation
