fix the problems reported in the MR review... although the RUN_AS var seemed redundent i think it was nice to have it separate from NAME as they have different purposes (one is the running owner of the process, the other just a name to be used in other places) even if at the presente time they are the same, but for simplicitys sake lets keep it simple and use only NAME then :-)
