[server] Further work on installer. Fixed XHTML syntax errors on <input> tags. Added steps 6-10, including setting administrator password, and cleaning up after the installer. Step 8/9 still needs to be written after I've discussed specifics with ~xibo-devs. I've put simple Next buttons in there for now, so it should be functional.
