    - added a keyword to a couple of function call to make them clearer

charmworld/jobs/ingest.py

    - added revisionId arguments to a chain of functions so the bzr
      checkout and update would get the right revision

charmworld/jobs/lp.py:

    - changed the confusingly-named "default" to "unspecified"

docs/hacking.rst:

    - fixed a typo (s/cool/tool/)
    - added a limit to the example call to enqueue so it doesn't run
      forever

Everywhere: changed lots of double-quotes to single-quotes.
