Settings: Remove superfluous options

OSD and subtitle rendering in mplayer2 is now always done using libass,
which makes a lot of options superfluous. Remove these.

Also remove the option to enable screenshots, since they are now always
enabled anyway.

This restores functionality with recent mplayer2 versions.
