New way to set keyboard layout for Xephyr:
  * Automatically set each keyboard layout following its udev property XKBLAYOUT (if any).
  * If udev property XKBLAYOUT is not found, use value set in multi-seat-xephyr.conf (if any),
    or don't set explicit keyboard layout, otherwise.
  * The same layout set in multi-seat-xephyr.conf is applied to any keyboards missing
    udev property XKBLAYOUT.
  * Drop macro DEFAULT_XKBLAYOUT.

Pass "-screen WxH+X+Y" instead of "-screen WxH -origin X,Y" to Xephyr, in order to match
latest Xephyr patch for window placement (following Keith Packard's feedback).
