Proposed fix for Bug #1945244, QEMU window does no open on Ubuntu 21.04 when Test button is clicked. Added qemu-system-gui (>=1:4.2-3) for QEMU Gtk Zoom To Fit on Ubuntu >= 20.04, because qemu-system-gui is not always installed when qemu-system-x86 is installed.
