checkbox-support:parsers:udevadm: Always return an iface value for NETWORK/WIRELESS devices

Some tools/scripts are checking if a device reported by udev has the
interface ENV property set.

If such property does not exists, the udevadm parser just return None causing
for example the script network_device_info to skip devices w/o registered
interfaces.

Now for NETWORK and WIRELESS devices, the parser will always return the
interface property, set to UNKNOWN if not created by the kernel.
