  + Update copyright.
  + Bump Standards-Version to 4.6.1, no changes needed.
  + Set -DWANT_CPP17=ON as required by poppler 22.
* Update dependencies to build against Qt6, as required by 1.6.0.

  - Drop explicit dh_missing call.
+ Disable LTO, as it causes segfaults on startup. LP: #1939213

* Bump version after 1.5.5 release.
* Sync packaging with Debian's 1.5.5-1, in particular:
  + Bump debhelper compat level to 12 (we can't build < bionic anyway).
  + Bump build-dependencies on cmake to >= 3.12.0.
  + Move to openscenegraph-3.4 (from 3.2). This way we have a qt5-only
    scribus-trunk, as openscenegraph 3.2 uses qt4.
  + Bump Standards-Version to 4.4.0, no changes needed.
