Use PerformanceTimer in WWFactory. Add a render-thread for rendering QGLWidgets via a thread. Make m_bUseThread determine whether to use a main-thread timer or the render thread for rendering. Add PerformanceTimer traces to each step of WWFactory::refresh().

Enable swapInterval 1 to restore vsync. I tunred this off a while ago thinking it improved performance but it turns out this causes significantly noticeable tearing for me.

Strip most widgets out of LateNight. Add 2 decks and 2 GLWidgets. GLWidget lines to not wiggle or jerk so this is proof it can be done.
