Ah. I only considered Trusty. For Precise, the dependency should be
"cloud-image-utils | cloud-utils" as Scott says. Do you want to modify
that as you pull this in?

I just uploaded cloud-image-utils only to Vivid, but I can bring it up
to sync with this branch on next upload - no reason to diverge as it'll
work fine either way.
