Merge lp:~gandelman-a/ubuntu/precise/openldap/proposed-rebuild into lp:ubuntu/precise/openldap

This merge is targeted at precise-proposed/openldap (which does not exist yet) It is a required no change rebuild against the latest update to cyrus-sasl2 (2.1.25.dfsg1-3ubuntu0.1) which is currently sitting in -proposed.

Thank you for your bug report, some questions:

- why is the rebuild required (what is broken at the moment)?
- shouldn't you update the build-depends to ensure it builds with the right version?
- could you update the bug with a testcase?

Hi Adam

I *think* I understand the requirement for the no-change rebuild but it needs more documentation in the changelog entry as to what issue this fixes and how (inline with the requirements of the SRU process).

I think Sebastien's suggestion to also add a versioned Build-Depends makes sense as well.
