UI: Remove TrackListInfo stuff (unused).

These were meant to be like TrackInfoPane but for multiple tracks. Unused,
haven't been touched in 6 years, and broken. Includes:

* data/ui/widgets/tracklist_info.ui
* xlgui/widgets/info.py: TrackListInfoPane, TrackListToolTip
* xlgui/panel/collection.py: CollectionToolTip
