Merge lp:~apachelogger/usb-creator/kde-menu-fix into lp:usb-creator

Removes usb-creator-kde from the Settings subcategory of the KDE menu.

Since KDE does not implement a seperate settings menu, apps will show up in the regular menu entry. In case of the Settings category that would be exactly 2 (actually 1, since the other one will only be shown if there is other content in the category, so removing usb-creator-kde from the settings category is also removing the second entry ... fancy aint it :))
