- Add helper scripts to run coverage/lint/tests
- Add support for relating with haproxy, which exports multiple (service_name, port) combos via 'all_services', assuming that the service_name exported is to be used as the dstdomain or balancer name in Apache
- If enable, match incoming requests on the X-Balancer-Name header, set by the modified apache2 charm, instead of matching on dstdomain (aka Host header, which isn't set by the apache2 charm when using balancer:).
