Simplify and correct README.
Edit out local deployment info into a separate HACKING.md.
Remove the install-ansible-from-ppa option since this charm is trusty only a
suitable version of ansible is in trusty.
Update the default repo to the 1.2 elasticsearch repo.

Update default elasticsearch version to 0.90.3 which is the current logstash 1.2.1 required version. Use sha1 checksum for elasticsearch tarball download because these are provided by elasticsearch. Bump revision.
