* GNOMEURItem deprecated and removed.
* Creates real FileItems where appropriate using UniverseFactory.
  - These FileItems inherit the xdg-user-dirs icons.
  - No more duplicated entries when a GTK Bookmark exists for a folder that
   the File plugin also knows about.
