Bug Description
Can the node IDs be included as classes in the SVG node and edge output? It would be handy for browser visualizations.

Here's a patch which adds classes to edges and nodes in SVG output. Comments welcome - do I need to add classes to labels for the sake of completion? If so, do I need to add parent node/edge references for the labels or is there another way of implementing this?
