Bug Description
I've recently upgraded my work laptop from Hoary to Breezy, it's a Dell Inspiron
8200 with 1GB RAM, nvidia graphics at 1600x1200. I've not altered any configs
though I did try installing nvidia 3d drivers in Hoary but they didn't seem to
take effect.
The problem I have is periodically, at its most frequent every 5 seconds or so,
to not happening for 30 seconds or so, the machine freezes, then comes back
again. The keyboard and mouse stick until it unfreezes. The freeze lasts for a
second or two.
There are no messages in /var/log/messages to indicate anything suspicious, and
turning acpi=off doesn't help.

Does it help if you boot the old kernel? It should still be present and
available from the GRUB menu.
Please attach dmesg output from both kernels
