PQM should display the time at which its current job started

Bug Description

In order to make the PQM status page more useful, the time at which the current job was started should be displayed. This would make it easier to estimate how much longer the job has to run.

Perhaps something as simple as this:

Note that the attachment doesn't seem to actually represent what this bug is about.

Specifically it is showing the queue times, and estimated completion. But it is unclear what the time is on the *current* action.

Is it the time it started?
Is it the time it was submitted?
Is it the time it is expected to complete? (All other times are this, but it doesn't quite make sense with how it is being displayed.)
