I am trying out Form::Processor, this added more dependencies. Most if not all of my work should be in Controller::Participant, maybe some in Controller::Events.

New dependencies

added ACL-based authorization, via Catalyst::Plugin::Authorization::ACL, now only Admin lever users can access /staff, and if you are not logged in you can only get to the index.
