Banshee: Initialise DBus before trying to use it.

The DBus main loop was normally initialised by Do before any
plugins started executing. Now that Banshee uses DBus#, it
needs to explicitly initialise it's (separate) main loop,
or it hangs forever in DBus.PendingCall
